What does your job look like?

As an innovation manager my tasks are creating the innovation strategy and culture required for employees to experiment with the right resources at the right level. Moreover, I support our teams with insurance know-how.

What’s the first thing you do when you start working?

Reading the news and innovation-related newsletters to be informed about the latest trends, new products and technologies, start-ups and competitors – together with a big cup of coffee.

What’s your professional background?

I completed a two-year course at the University of Economics to become an academic insurance manager. In addition, I also have a sales leader diploma and more than 25 years in the insurance sector.

What do you love about your job?

I love my job because everyone is dedicated to innovation and my creativity is challenged anew every day.

What’s your favourite thing about viesure?

There are so many wonderful things about working for viesure. The team spirit is impressive! It is a big motivation for me to see people growing together.
