Our goal is to make the technology behind insurance products more convenient, transparent and faster.

Innovation is fundamental to our mission at viesure. Our interdisciplinary teams, which includes data analysts, designers, developers and product owners, combine our innovation expertise to maximize the value of our projects and enhance the digital user experience. By exploring emerging technologies – such as utilizing the opportunities of Artificial Intelligence, we devise long-term strategies and solutions tailored for the insurance sector.

 

viesure was created as the first corporate startup of the Vienna Insurance Group. As Wiener Städtische Versicherung’s dedicated innovation department, we have formed a special relationship with our stakeholders and our colleagues at Twinformatics GmbH.

Our expert market analysis and modern User Experience testing practices were instrumental in the successful launch of our award-winning app, losleben, in late 2019. Today, we proudly hold multiple ÖGVS Insurance App awards in Austria – four and counting! Additionally, we have earned substantial recognition at the prestigious Digital Impuls Award, further cementing our reputation as a leader in the insurance industry.

 

Other successful projects we have been working on include living.up, an innovative online tool for household insurance, and our Developer Portal, which facilitates successful cross-functional collaboration.
