What’s your position at viesure?

I am a Scrum Master & Agile Coach ☺

What does your job look like?

I support in optimizing team collaboration towards the goal of delivering best possible solutions for our customers. I am solving impediments by using agile practices and scrum events across multiple teams. Moreover, I provide thought-provoking impulses and coach the teams to explore alternative options that allow them to reach their goals even better.

What’s the first thing you do when you start working?

I start by checking my calendar to see what scrum events are coming up for the day. Our Slack channels and daily stand-ups are a good point to check in with my teams how they are doing.

What’s your professional background?

I studied business and communications, concentrating on cultural diversity, and bring along several years of managing international projects and events. I am also a professional coach and work with individuals who want to expand their personal and professional growth. Once I discovered my passion for the agile world, I set my focus on being a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

What do you love about your job?

Working together with so many smart colleagues, bringing in their individual perspectives and know-how is very motivating. It’s also enriching to see that there are many ways in creating excellent results as the teams prove by doing so with different approaches on a daily basis.

What’s your favorite thing about viesure?

The viesure team spirit and mindset makes working a lot of fun. It’s so rewarding being part of a team where we respect and appreciate each other, knowing that when we work together “the result is far greater than the sum of the individual parts”.

Always be open, honest and transparent in your communication and actions with others – that builds trust as a basis for good team collaboration.
