What’s your position at viesure?

I’m an AI Developer at viesure.

What does your job look like?

As an AI Developer, I am responsible for delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions. This includes the collection of the requirements, assistance in definition of the project scope, development and deployment of the resulting software.

What’s the first thing you do when you start working?

Traditionally, the day starts with a cup of tasty coffee. Then, I look at the tasks pending from the previous day and prepare me for our stand-up.

What do you love about your job?

I love the amount of flexibility and self-responsibility granted in our company. I have the possibility to set up my working environment as I please. Nevertheless, whenever there is a difficulty, there are nice colleagues who are always ready to help.

What’s your favorite thing about viesure?

I am fond of the open culture within our company. Everybody can express their opinion which will be listened to. Additionally, the people are fun, open and ready for after work activities.

Lastly, what’s your message for us?

Since I started working at viesure, I have been voluntarily pushing diverse topics. So, my message is – never stop pushing no matter what hurdles you face!
