This job is about…

You will work in a cross-functional team with experts in various domains to build the next generation of products for our customers, sprint by sprint. Your role will involve developing NLP and AI based use cases in a microservices architecture. You will create future products, APIs and apps using our cloud infrastructure and services. Performing data pre-processing and analytics helps you implement the best models, algorithms or tools for production ready applications. With our cloud-native approach, you can focus on coding without the hassle of waiting for infrastructure. Continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and short feedback cycles give you the possibility to constantly improve your skills.

Your daily business…

• Ideate, plan and implement new features in close collaboration with our product owners
• Make sure our services meet the non-functional requirements, such as stability and performance
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and frameworks to enhance our products
• Share your knowledge and insights with the team, fueling team-wide innovation and a culture of continuous learning and giveback
• Drive technical excellence and contribute to product innovation to shape the roadmap of our innovation center

Your skills…

• A passion for building world-class software with clean code as your trademark
• Use AI and data analytics components of the GCP or Azure stack
• Experience with conversation AI technology, such as Rasa
• Foundations in NLP methods and technology
• Python and command line scripting
• Experience with microservice development, also with Java
• Being very comfortable working with German language data
• Being familiar with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Eagerness to learn and adopt emerging technologies and industry trends
• A user and data-centric mindset, with a keen understanding of customer needs
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Creativity and interest in contributing to products and ideas in our innovation center.

Based on the Austrian Collective Agreement, we offer an annual salary of min. EUR 40.000,- (fulltime) for junior roles and min. EUR 57.000,- (fulltime) for senior roles of this position. Depending on your qualification and experience, our willingness to overpay is a matter of course.
